TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A 200 pounds deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Your deposit is refundable on the provision that the minimum spend is met.
    Refunded within 7 working days
  • Venue hire is provisional until the deposit is received.
  • Minimum spend applies.
    Sunday – Friday 700 pounds
    Saturday 900 pounds (only available until 10pm on Fridays & Saturday)
  • Use of DJ equipment requires a 150 pounds security deposit.
    Refundable following inspection of the equipment.
  • Sound technician hire is 150 pounds. (payment in advance, non-refundable)
  • Room hire is valid up until 10pm. (Sun to Thurs until 3am)
  • Booth bookings can only be held for 30 minutes after the time of your booking.
  • Any bottles brought into the venue under corkage agreement must be given to the bar staff to distribute to your party.
  • Abuse towards any member of staff (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may lead to cancellation of the booking.
    If this occurs the deposit will not non-refundable.
  • In the case of any damage to the venue as a result of the party the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • The management reserve the right to refuse entry or request any guest to leave the venue.
  • We operate a check 21 policy.
  • All food packages must be paid for 14 days in advance.
  • Persons under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 9pm.
  • As soon as the booking has been confirmed, the party adheres to these terms.
