Booking terms & conditions

When you confirm the booking, the party agrees to these terms.

Deposits & Minimum Spends

A 200-pound deposit confirms your booking date.
The booking is provisional until the deposit is received.
If you meet the spend we will return the deposit within seven to ten working days.

Minimum spends:

Sunday to Thursday | 400 pounds
Friday | 600 pounds
Saturday | 800 pounds

DJ and sound equipment use requires a 150-pound security deposit, which we will refund after inspecting the equipment.
Any other costs, such as those of a DJ or sound technician, are payable in advance.

Food & Drinks

We operate a check 25 policy.
Persons under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 9 pm.
You must pay for Drinks Packages 7 days in advance and all Food Packages 14 days in advance.

General

Please note that any decor put up must not damage the site. No Sellotape please.

We do not allow fancy dress in the venue.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or request any guest to leave the venue.

Abuse towards any member of the team (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the booking.

If this occurs, the deposit will be non-refundable.

In the case of any damage due to the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable.
